Terms and Conditions

 Terms are Net 15 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise noted

All Shipments will be subject to pricing affective the date of shipment.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
Title to the goods sold herein under will pass to the purchaser on initial delivery of the goods to the carrier by ISA Design Ltd.  Purchaser must look to the carrier for reimbursement for any damages that occur in transit.

Modification – ISA Design Ltd. Reserves the right to change or modify the design and construction of any product manufactured by ISA Design and to substitute material equal to or superior to that originally specified.

Buyer shall pay all applicable taxes.

Merchandise may not be returned by purchaser except by written agreement with ISA Design Ltd.  Before the return of any goods are subject to a minimum charge of 20% plus all transportation charges and are subject to inspection by ISA Design Ltd.  ISA Design reserves the right to determine the amount of credit to be issued on any goods returned for credit.  Only standard currently manufactured ISA Design Ltd. products may be considered for return and credit.  No returns will be accepted on special or custom orders.

Warranty – Six months parts, thirty days labor when failure results from manufacturing defects.
