BC Transit Service

BC Transit Service based in Victoria BC is one of our largest customers.  Together we put together a catalogue of Auto-Cad drawings with part numbers for the various parts needed for their buses.  When they need a part they fax us the part number with purchase order number and we then pull up that drawing from our catalogue and produce the part in the quantities they need.  The parts range from bus panels, headlight rings to Stainless Steel battery boxes for their various different types buses.   One of our latest projects for them was for their new buses being built in Quebec was storage boxes for the bus drivers, situated behind the driver with keyed locks so they can lock up their valuables when not in the bus.  The boxes were designed by one of their engineer students Stephanie Burns and then built by Island Stainless and Aluminum Design Ltd. The boxes were made out of mild cold rolled steel then powder coated.  We have also made for BC Transit Service ad frames which are now in their buses.
